of Lhasa, there is ample time to explore the former home of
the Dalai Lama, Potala Palace, Tibet's world famous resplendent
landmark with over 1,000 rooms and 10,000 shrines. There is
also Jokhang, Tibet's holiest temple with its priceless statues
and frescoes, and the Norbulinka, or Summer Place, from which
the present Dalai Lama fled in 1959. Shoppers mustn't miss the
Barkhor, the bustling bazaar of old Lhasa which is right on
the pilgrim's circumambulating route around Jokhang. Laden with
souvenirs and memories of Tibet.

An outline itinerary for 3 Base camp tour (Everest, Cho Oyu & Shisapangma) - trekking in Tibet
Day 01: Arrival day, check into hotel and rest
Day 02: Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley ( world heritage sights), it should be Monday, Wednesday or Friday ( pick up Tibet visa)
Day 03: Fly to Lhasa from Kathmandu 3400mtr, rest in Lhasa , O / N hotel
Day 04 - 05: 2 days Sightseeing of Lhasa ( Potala Palace, Jokhang, Sera , Deraphing and Sera monastries)
Day 06: GYANTSE: Drive to Gyantse, a small town that once served as the capital of a small kingdom. O/N at Hotel.
Day 07: XIGATSE: We drive to Xigatse city, the house of the famous Tashi Lhunpo Monastery, the seat of the Panchen Lama until his death in 1989. O/N at Hotel.
Day 08: Drive to Shegar, 4200m
Day 09: Drive to Rongbuk monastery 5100m , Camping
Day 10: Full day excursion of Everest Base Camp, 5400m , Camping
Day 11: Drive to Cho Oyu Base camp 4900m, Camping
Day 12: Drive to Lho Tingri, 4100m , Camping
Day 13: Drive to Shisapangma base camp, 5000m , camping
Day 14: Drive to Nyalam, 3700m , guest house
Day 15: Drive to Kathmandu, 1350m., evening cultural show and dinner
Day 16: Final departure, transfer to airport.
